The reproducibility of scientific findings is crucial for the credibility of empirical research. The objective of the Center for Reproducible Science is to train the next generation of researchers in good research practices, to develop novel methodology related to reproducibility and replicability, and to improve the quality of scientific investigation using meta-science.
Citizen Science Zurich promotes skills and competencies for excellent participatory work and thus enables the development of innovative and original research projects.
The Digital Society Initiative is the competence center of the University of Zurich for digital change. We promote knowledge and dialogue to the public on the subject of digitalization.
In der Initiative Geisteswissenschaften (IGW) arbeiten Forschende vor allem der geisteswissenschaftlichen Fächer an der UZH zusammen. The Office for Animal Welfare and 3Rs promotes animal welfare and the 3Rs principles (replacement, reduction and refinement of animal experiments) in research and teaching at the University of Zurich.
