Digital Transformation - an Artistic Reflection (10SMSTS-205)
Description
In this module, students are given the opportunity to reflect on the digital transformation from an artistic perspective and to produce their own artistic work using digital means.
For inspiration, students receive academic input from various DSI professors and learn to critically examine the social implications of the digital society.
Students then develop their own artistic idea in the context of digital transformation, which they can reflect on with Jonathon Keats, artist and advisor for meta-disciplinary studies at the DSI. Each student has two individual 15-minute online meetings with Jonathon Keats via Zoom.
Students meet weekly at the DSI to support each other ideationally and technically in order to successfully produce their artistic work.
As part of the assessment, students must present their artistic work during the End-of-Semester Celebration on Mon, May 18, 2026, from 12:15-17:00 (Apéro from 17:00 on).
